April 24, 2007 - Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. ("K" Line) will launch a weekly container service connecting Asia with East Coast South America in June 2007, through cooperation with Compañía SudAmericana de Vapores S.A. ( CSAV ). This new service will meet fast growing market demand from Asia, especially China , to East Coast South America and vice versa.
Ningbo – Shanghai – Chiwan – Hong Kong – Singapore – Buenos Aires – Paranagua – Itajai – Santos – Durban – Singapore – Ningbo
"K" Line currently operates US East Coast-East Coast South America Service and recently launched North Europe-East Coast South America Service. The new service will enhance its container service network over East Coast South America region.
