The following Import freetime / demurrage rules apply for:

1) CY Release

2) Store Door Delivery when:

Shipper Controlled - The trucker is customer selected and/or controlled.
Customer Scheduling - Customer scheduling issue affects delivery within free time. (For locations which count weekend days in the free time or billable days, then these rules apply for Consignees who can not receive on weekends.)
Customs - Delayed Customs Clearance affects delivery (Including release, quarantine, and holds).
Other Customer - Any other factor determined to be the customer's responsibility and not "K" Line's.
