“K” Line Logistics (Australia) Pty. Ltd in Melbourne

November 1, 2006 - TOKYO , Japan -- “K” Line Logistics Ltd. (KLL) established “K” Line Logistics ( Australia ) Pty. Ltd., a new company in Melbourne which started operation officially as from 1 st of September 2006. It is a joint-venture with Kawasaki ( Australia ) Pty. Ltd. with its head office in Sydney, an overseas subsidiary of Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd. (“K” Line, mother company of KLL)

This is KLL's first organization in Australia and KLL will make every effort to get into this new market in collaboration with and back-up of “K” Line group companies which have had extensive business activities in Australia for decades. KLL will continue to grow and further expand its global network to achieve “Greater KLL”, with its long term management plan aiming at tripling its handling volume.
