K Line Air Service, Ltd. Opens a Representative Office in Vietnam
January 5, 2006 -Tokyo, Japan. K Line Air Service, Ltd. ( KLAS ) has opened a new Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City.
Many foreign companies, including other Japanese enterprises, have come and are still rushing into Vietnam, which is a promising market where high quality low-priced labor, stable social and political environment and certain infra-structures available, thus regarded as an attractive area as another investment/manufacturing base in addition to China in order to hedge the risk of being only in China, i.e. China Plus One.
KLAS aims to develop and penetrate into this growing market through this new marketing base in cooperation with its local partner, Vietrans, which is one of the most traditional forwarders and has wide market coverage in Vietnam. This will contribute to strengthening of KLAS worldwide network and expand its business scale.
