• When searching by Bill of Lading (BL) number, do not enter the 'KKLU' at the beginning of the BL number.
• Most container numbers start with 'KKFU,' but other letters such as 'KKTU' may precede the numbers, so these letters should be entered with the numbers when doing a search by Container.
